have/has + been + verb(-ing)
برای ضمایر (I/we/they/you) از have been استفاده میکنیم (مثلاً: I have been coding).
برای ضمایر (he/she/it) از has been استفاده میکنیم (مثلاً: It has been compiling).
در این بخش میگوید ما از این زمان برای کاری استفاده میکنیم که تا همین چند لحظه پیش در جریان بوده و الان تمام شده است، اما اثر یا نتیجه آن الان قابل مشاهده است.

Why are your eyes red? Have you been debugging?
سیستم خیلی کنده. داشته از دیتابیس بکآپ میگرفته.
The system is very slow. It has been backing up the database.
چرا اینقدر کلافهای؟ داشتی چیکار میکردی؟ (وقتی برنامهنویس روی یک ارور گیر کرده)
Why are you so frustrated? What have you been doing?
من داشتم با مدیر محصول صحبت میکردم و اون با تغییرات API موافقه.
I*'ve been talking** to the product manager and she agrees with the API changes.*
کجا بودی؟ داشتم تو گیتهاب دنبال کامیتهات میگشتم.
Where have you been? I*'ve been looking** for your commits on GitHub.*
این بخش میگوید وقتی میخواهیم بگوییم یک کار از کی یا برای چه مدتی در حال انجام بوده، از این زمان استفاده میکنیم. در اینجا معمولاً کلمات how long (چقدر وقت)، for (برایِ مدتِ) و since (از زمانِ) کاربرد دارند.

How long have you been learning Python?
سارا تمام روز داشته کدها رو ریفکتور (Refactor) میکرده.
Sarah has been refactoring code all day.
من در نیم ساعت گذشته داشتم دنبال اون باگ میگشتم.
I*'ve been searching** for that bug for the last half hour.*
سرور اخیراً درست کار نمیکرده. (مشکلات سرور مدتیه شروع شده و ادامه داره)
The server hasn’t been running smoothly recently.
کاربرد برای کارهای تکراری (Repeated actions):
میتوانیم برای کارهایی که به صورت روتین در یک بازه زمانی طولانی تکرار میشوند هم از این زمان استفاده کنیم:
علی برنامهنویس فرانتاند خیلی خوبیه. اون از ۱۸ سالگی داشته کد میزده.
Ali is a very good frontend developer. He*'s been coding since** he was eighteen.*
ما هر روز صبح تو جلسه اسکرام (Scrum) شرکت میکنیم. ما سالهاست داریم از متدولوژی اجایل (Agile) استفاده میکنیم.
They*'ve been using** Agile for years.*
این بخش تفاوت ظریف اما مهمی را نشان میدهد. محورهای زمانی (Timeline) در تصویر به خوبی این موضوع را نشان میدهند:
I am doing: دقیقاً همین الان (Now) در حال انجام است.
I have been doing: از گذشته تا الان در جریان بوده است (مسیر فلش زرد رنگ).
مقایسه اول (کار کردن):
حال استمراری: الان مزاحمم نشو. دارم کد میزنم. (تمرکز روی همین لحظه)
Don’t disturb me now. I*'m coding**.*
حال کامل استمراری: من خیلی سخت داشتم کد میزدم. الان میخوام برم یه قهوه بخورم. (تمرکز روی پروسهای که تا الان طول کشیده و الان خستهام)
I*'ve been coding** hard. Now I’m going to have a break.*
مقایسه دوم (باران باریدن / بیلْد شدن پروژه):
حال استمراری: لپتاپ رو خاموش نکن. داره پروژه رو بیلْد (Build) میکنه. (دقیقاً در همین لحظه پروسه در جریانه)
Don’t turn off the laptop. It*'s building** the project.*
حال کامل استمراری: فن لپتاپ خیلی صدا میده و داغ کرده. داشته پروژه رو بیلْد میکرده. (پروسه تازه تمام شده ولی اثرش که داغ شدن سیستم است دیده میشود)
The laptop is hot. It*'s been building** the project.*
مقایسه سوم (منتظر بودن):
حال استمراری: عجله کن! ما منتظر هستیم کدها رو پوش (Push) کنی. (همین الان منتظریم)
Hurry up! We*'re waiting** for your push.*
حال کامل استمراری: ما یک ساعته منتظریم تا سرور ریاستارت بشه. (تاکید روی مدت زمانی که این انتظار طول کشیده)
We*'ve been waiting** for an hour for the server to restart.*
